Purchases of the Course are made through Stripe Managed Payments, with Stripe (shown as “Link”) as the merchant of record. For buyers in the countries where Stripe handles indirect tax for Managed Payments, Stripe calculates, collects, and remits that tax and sends the receipt and invoice (see Section 5 of our Terms).

4. Dispute resolution
We are not obligated, and are not willing, to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
5. Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law (Section 7(1) DDG). We are not, however, obligated under Sections 8 to 10 DDG to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; any liability in this respect is possible only from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of any such infringement, we will remove the relevant content promptly.
6. Liability for links
Our Service may contain links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence, so we cannot accept liability for it. The respective provider or operator of a linked page is always responsible for its own content. Linked pages were checked for recognizable legal violations at the time of linking; permanent monitoring of linked pages without concrete evidence of a violation is not reasonable. Upon becoming aware of a legal violation, we will remove the relevant link promptly.
